If you commission us, our logistics staff
will deliver an all-round service from placement of the order right
up to delivery - incorporating all aspects of transit from the supplier
through to the project. Our procurement staff will already have been
involved in preparing the demand and cost analyses. Then we will focus
our attention on the logistics and commercial tasks such as…
- Placing the order with capable suppliers
With large procurements, we coordinate
the delivery process. Particular attention is focused on appropriate,
robust and inexpensive packing, and harmonised delivery deadlines.
- Management of carriage by air, sea or land
We work with international carriers
and, where appropriate, with shipping companies, to guarantee
shipment on time at negotiated, favourable carriage rates. Should
you assume responsibility for packing yourself, we would be glad
to organise the shipment.
- Preparation of the import and export documents
Against the background of many years'
experience with the administrative requirements of countries,
and in close cooperation with our project partners, we prepare
and obtain the required certificates, consignment documents, authentications
- Comprehensive, door-to-door insurance of
the consignment
Through our integrated insurance package,
you receive full cover for damage or loss, and access to unbureaucratic
settlement procedures
- Sound management of payment and billing procedures
We guarantee professional management
of foreign payments and hard currency exchange rates, as well
as billing procedures that are transparent to our partners

contracting regulations
